Woodland Heights subdivision is a new development on Telephone Road within the City of Quinte West. CDS is working to complete Phase 1 underground infrastructure such as watermain, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer. CDS is also responsible for general site grading, stormwater management facilities, and above-ground road works including concrete curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt.
