CDS has been contracted by The City of Belleville for the reconstruction of Black Diamond Road, and the development of the new Belleville Agricultural Fairgrounds. Work includes the installation of a new sanitary sewer along Black Diamond Road and installing underground municipal infrastructure into the new fairgrounds property. New infrastructure shall include; a watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, stormwater management pond, road granular, asphalt paving, and ditching.
